Returning products

If it turns out that a product you ordered from the online store is not suitable, you can exchange or return it within 14 days. To do so, please send an e-mail to tagastus@nola.ee, providing the order number, your name, and the product you would like to return. Products made to the customer’s special order (different sizes, different colors, different lengths, etc) are not refundable.

  • The refund will be made within 14 days to the same account that was used to make the purchase.
  • You do not need to keep the original packaging or label of the product to return it. 
  • The returned product must be clean, products that are worn and/or dirty will not be accepted. But we ask that the packaging would be securely closed.
  • Returns if you ordered the goods to an Omniva parcel terminal – in that case, you have already received the return code together with the parcel arrival SMS. In order to return with a return code, you must select the “Return a product” option from the screen of an Omniva parcel terminal and enter the code. You do not need to write any additional information on the parcel and in that case, we will incur the costs of return.
  • Returns if you ordered the goods to a Smartpost parcel terminal – in that case, please return the parcel to Kuressaare Kihelkonna mnt Rimi, phone No. 56244309. There is no free-of-charge return option for Smartpost.
